About The Project
This design focuses on building renovation to create a fresher and more modern look. as well as adjusting the area of the room by adding floors to support the area needed to adjust to applicable hospital regulations and standards and improve the quality of hospital services.
Solution
The hospital is designed to be fresher. The combination of natural elements and materials with wood and stone nuances on the exterior elements provides a fresher feel with a calm gray color. The building facade still maintains a strong element in the middle as the identity of the old building. The ER is accessed through a special access towards the back of the building. The view out of the lobby area is still considered to maintain the aesthetics of the inside of the building with the arrangement of an indoor garden.
Problem
This building is located in an area close to residential areas and limited land. It requires such an arrangement to accommodate the needs of a type C hospital and the arrangement of access to the hospital, both visitor access, patient access, and emergency access for ambulances.
